Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic, passionate, and dynamic fitness coaches to lead high-energy group training sessions and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep commitment to health and fitness. You’ll be the face of motivation, safety, and fun—every class, every time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy group classes using Orangetheory’s science-backed format
- Deliver personalized coaching based on heart rate data
- Provide modifications and ensure member safety
- Create a positive, motivating class environment
- Engage with members to build relationships and community
Qualifications:
- Hold a current nationally accredited fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA)
- CPR/AED certified
- Experience teaching group fitness classes (preferred, but not required-we’ll train the right person!)
- Charismatic, professional, and comfortable speaking in front of a group
- Must be coachable, team-oriented, and passionate about motivating others
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
